The Westside Drive In has been around since 1957, and was purchased by Chef Lou in 1994. His goal was to bring his experience as a classically trained Executive chef to the setting of a 50s-era drive-in restaurant. He wanted to give his customers top quality food with convenience at an affordable price. The resulting restaurant was a hit, and is known all across the Treasure Valley! The Westside has been featured on numerous shows such as Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, State Plate, Man vs Food, and more!
